Product Overview
Electro galvanized welded wire mesh is a precision metal mesh product manufactured using standardized automated production workflows. Constructed from high-quality low-carbon steel wire, the material undergoes precise straightening and cutting before vertical and horizontal wires are intersected and firmly welded at each junction via automatic electric resistance welding technology, forming a flat, integral mesh structure.
After welding, the finished mesh undergoes professional electro-galvanizing (cold galvanizing) surface treatment with uniform zinc layer electroplating, followed by passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion. The highly mechanized production process ensures stable batch consistency and large daily output while avoiding defects common in manual processing.
